upload will allow you to upload your BG to a Nightscout Site, free if you stick to the free tier policy!
Not fully tested but I do know its works great with xdrip but not too sure with AAPS as of yet, or maybe it was my setup so let us know how you go on! Things could change though in the early stages!!
