You can also use a scanner in it to add your food. Which I will show you how to find and use it to add food items.

The Ingredients below have barcodes to make it easier for you to add to your myfitnesspal mobile App just scan the screen! 



Items Needed

  1.    Measuring Jug
  2.    None Stick Wok                                                                       
  3.    Blender or Whisk
  4.    Kitchen Scale                                                 
  5.    Mixing Bowl 
  6.    Egg Rings for frying, stainless steel, 8.5cm, set

 


Each portion serving is around: 4.4g

 

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs                                                                                           
  • 6 fl ounces or 171ml Almond Coconut Milk or Almond Milk                                                                                                    


  • 2oz Cream Cheese (Is not needed)  I used Alpro Greet Style Plain instead

                        




  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract     




  • 1 tbsp baking powder                  



  • 250g Blanched or Almond Flour or Ground Almond Flour                                                                                          Almond Flour Barcode 



For Serving
6g  The Groovy Food Company Agave Nectar
(do remember still has little carbs in)


  • Half-fat crème fraiche or Natural Cream
  •  

  • 1 Pomegranate               

 

Instructions

    1. Put into a measuring jug, combine the eggs, Almond Milk and add the Vanilla Extract and give it a quick whisk together 
    2. Sieve the Almond Flour and add,sweatner (if you want) Baking Powder and salt and all you combined in the measuring jug and blend again until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes in the fridge
    3. Heat a large nonstick Wok pan over medium-low heat and add lightly grease with a little oil. Use about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake and spread into a 3 or 4 inch circle I used a  Egg Rings. Cook the pancakes until bubbles begin to appear on the tops and the edges are set and dry, 2 to 4 minutes.
    4. Carefully TURN OVER the pancakes and continue to cook until golden brown on the second side, another 2 to 4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the pan as needed.

    5. Serve and add 

      • Half-fat crème fraiche or Natural Cream with Pomegranate and The Groovy Food Company Agave Nectar

       Each pancake works out at around 4g a pancake, 

      Low carbs Pancakes, Fluffy delicious Grain free.
