Serves 4 • vegetarian • 2 portions of fruit & veg per serving • prep: 15 minutes • cook: 15 – 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 100g fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 50g rolled oats or 45g Original Granola
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 Cooking Apples, - The weight needs to be 200g after peeling
- 150g blackberries
- 100ml apple juice or 50ml Apple Juice
- 2 tbsp runny honey or 1 tbsp agave nectar
- Half-fat crème fraiche or natural yoghurt, to serve or maybe try Alpro Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/gas 4.
- Get your slices of wholemeal bread and place it in the Mini Mixer and whisk
- Put the breadcrumbs, oats and pumpkin seeds into a bowl and mix well.
- Peel, core and chop the Apples
- Then add the blackberries and the apple juice and place into an ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture on top of the fruit, then drizzle with the honey or agave nectar
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with the crème Fraiche or natural yoghurt. Or maybe try Alpro Greek yoghurt
