Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Strawberry 23g
- 3 Blackberries 17g
- 18g Chopped Blueberries
- 4 Tablespoon Chia Seeds 35g
- 2 tbsp 4 seed Mix 20g
- Flaked Almonds 15g
- 7 floz Alpro Indulgent Hazelnut
Instructions
- Weigh all items and peel and chop into smaller sizes then place into a container add the Alpro milk.
- Mix up the chia seeds into the rest of the ingredients and put containers lid onto it and put into your fridge.
- You can eat it right away if you wanted to or maybe after leave it for an hour in the Fridge, but I tend to leave it until the day after and add a little more Alpro Milk if needed.

I observed this meal to be great in the mornings to help with my Dawn Phenomenon. But can be eaten at any time of day.
This is my glucose in the interstitial fluid readings with me eating Kiwi Fruit Chai seeds Almond meal and blousing 4u of Novo Rapid for it, but this is for my records only yours will be different, and it best you speak with your team.
